A generation needs help

Include the generation ID, workspace name, approximate time, and the message shown in the studio. We can inspect the recorded provider task and credit history. Avoid submitting the same idea again while an existing job says “Checking status.”

Payments and subscriptions

Workspace owners can open Settings and Billing to manage payment details and cancel a subscription. For a payment or refund question, include your account email and Stripe receipt number. Never send a card number, password, or API key.

Account and privacy requests

Contact us from your account email for help with access, correcting information, or requesting deletion. Workspace owners manage member access from Settings.
